How it started
Cleanish Squad was founded by Lacey Baier, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who spent 15+ years writing about food and health, building a blog, a YouTube channel, two cookbooks, and a supplement company along the way. Her own path — losing weight, regaining it, and eventually finding an approach that was sustainable rather than miserable — is where "Cleanish" comes from: not a rigid set of rules, but a way of living that works because it doesn't feel like punishment.
