Hi, Cleanish Squad!
Click here to listen to this email (I share more than just what's written!)
The winter holidays are just around the corner! Can you feel it? I sure can—and my kids are beyond excited, too.
I absolutely love this time of year—the traditions, the gatherings, and yes, the food. Let’s be real -- the food is definitely a highlight for me! This year will look a bit different as we celebrate on the road in the RV.
But as much as I love it all, I know how overwhelming this season can get. Between planning, shopping for gifts, attending (or hosting) events, baking cookies, and everything else on the holiday to-do list, it’s easy to feel completely stressed out.
I’ve assembled a gift guide packed with healthy, purposeful ideas to make your holiday shopping easier. It includes everything from kitchen tools and cooking essentials to meal prep must-haves. Whether your loved ones are just starting their clean-eating journey or are already well on their way, this guide has something for everyone. Maybe you'll find something for yourself, too 😉
No need to spend hours searching—I’ve done the work for you. If you want to surprise your family and friends with gifts that help them live healthier and happier this season, you’re in the right place!
There’s something for every preference and budget in this gift guide, so all you have to do is select your favorite healthy gift ideas and add them to your Christmas shopping list.
Let’s make this holiday season as stress-free and meaningful as possible. 🎄✨

- Glass Meal Prep Containers: Airtight containers are definitely a MUST in any kitchen, and, in my experience, the more airtight containers you have, the better, so they definitely make great gifts for healthy eaters! Shop here.
- Mason Jars: Some meal prep is stored better in 32oz mason jars, including jar salads, smoothies, salad dressings, homemade lemonade, and overnight oats. Shop here.
- Bulk Meal Prep Storage Containers: I like to use these large storage containers for bulk prepping rice, pancakes, and sides, like broccoli and sweet potatoes. Shop here.
- Spiralizer: Perfect for making healthy pasta (hello zucchini noodles, sweet potato, beet, and carrot pasta), but it’s great for salads too. If you are curious about what a spiralizer can do, check out my spiralizer guide. Shop here.
- Vitamix Blender: I use my blender to make my smoothie every day. This blender is very powerful and can also make nut butter and sauces like a champ. This one is more expensive than most blenders, but it will last you years and years. I've never replaced mine. Shop here.
- Food Processor: This kitchen gadget is another one I couldn’t live without. I use it to make breadcrumbs, crush almonds, peanut butter, sorbets, pesto, and to puree cauliflower and pumpkin. Shop here.
- Slow Cooker: This slow cooker is great -- I use it all the time to make shredded chicken, carnitas, stews, and soups. It has a lid that can latch on for easy travel, too. Shop here.
- Instant Pot: This tool is incredible -- it can make anything in a fraction of the time and has tons of uses. I also use my Instant Pot to make carnitas and stews. Shop here.
- Dutch Oven: Having a good heavy-bottom pan is great for making stews, braising meat in the oven, and even making popcorn. I use this all the time. They also last forever -- this one was a gift for our wedding over 20 years ago! Shop here.
- Food Prep Bowls: I use these bowls to prep my meals, whether for a photo shoot or a family dinner. They're great to get everything ready ahead of time when cooking. Shop here.
- Chef Knife: A good chef knife is worth its weight in gold. I have two of these and will never buy another large knife. This one fits my hand perfectly, and I love how well it slices. Shop here.
- Epicurean Cutting Boards: I love the versatility of these cutting boards. They're super strong and don't break apart with slicing. Plus, they're dishwasher-safe, so you know you can always get them super clean. I also like how they're small enough to fit in a cabinet. Shop here.
- Kitchen Scraper: The best multi-purpose tool in the kitchen! It can scrape the counters clean of flour, remove stuck-on food items, transfer cut onion to the skillet, and slice through cinnamon rolls. I love these little guys, and I have three of them! Shop here.
- Large Skillet: Say what you want about nonstick, but I've used this pan for years and love it. Maybe I'll change it out someday, but I love Calphalon's pans so much, and I use them all the time. Shop here.
- Jumbo Rimmed Baking Sheet: These jumbo baking sheets are a game changer. I use them instead of regular-sized baking trays for roasting veggies, baking chicken, crisping carnitas, and more. You'll love their size and versatility. Shop here.
- Loaf Pan: This is a great loaf pan. I use it for anything from baking bread to freezing sorbets, and I love how well it works. I also like the shape and how you can stack them. Shop here.
