Thanksgiving is almost here, and if you're like me, you want the meal to be delicious and a little healthier without sacrificing any of the cozy holiday vibes. So, I pulled together some of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes from the blog that will make your feast extra special this year.

How I Prep Ahead
You know me -- I gotta fit in the meal prep somehow! We've found it incredibly helpful to prep the day before to ensure Thanksgiving is as easy as possible. Here's how we do it:
Prep The Day Before:
Cranberries & Pies: Since the cranberries and pies are enjoyed cold anyway, we like to make them completely ahead of time and store them in the fridge overnight.
Sweet Potato Casserole & Green Bean Casserole: We prep these all the way through until their final bake. That way, on Thanksgiving Day, we can remove them from the fridge and pop them in the oven, and that's it!
